MODEL EDUKASI ANTENATAL CARE DAN PERSIAPAN LAKTASI DI PUSKESMAS BATUSUYA KECAMATAN SINDUE TOMBUSABORA KABUPATEN DONGGALA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model edukasi menggunakan booklet terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang antenatal care dan persiapan laktasi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batusuya, Kecamatan Sindue Tombusabora Kabupaten Donggala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperiment non-randomized pre and posttest only control design. Variabel bebasnya adalah model edukasi menggunakan booklet antenatal care dan persiapan laktasi, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang antenatal care dan persiapan laktasi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 ibu hamil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji-t sampel berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model edukasi menggunakan booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang antenatal care dan persiapan laktasi di Puskesmas Batusuya, Kecamatan Sindue Tombusabora Kabupaten Donggala Tahun 2017. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan p-value pre test-pos test pada masing-masing variabel lebih kecil dari taraf signifkansi 0,05 yaitu pengetahuan sebesar 0,000 dan sikap 0,000 (p<0,05). Rerata skor yang diperoleh sesudah intervensi lebih besar dari sebelum intervensi pada variabel pengetahuan (15,840 > 6,480) dan sikap (70,800 > 37,493) bukti ini menunjukkan bahwa model edukasi menggunakan booklet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang antenatal care dan persiapan laktasi.
