Faktor Risiko Medik dan Non Medik Yang Mempengaruhi Kematian Maternal di Kota Palu
Abstract
Kesehatan dan keselamatan seorang ibu menjadi salah satu prioritas utama karena seorang ibu tidak dapat melepaskan diri dari risiko hamil dan melahirkan. Proses yang paling dekat terhadap kejadian kematian maternal, sebagai determinan dekat, dan secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh determinan antara yaitu status kesehatan ibu, status reproduksi, akses ke pelayanan kesehatan, perilaku perawatan kesehatan/penggunaan pelayanan kesehatan dan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diketahui atau tidak terduga. Kota Palu pada Tahun 2014 sebesar 8 kasus dan meningkat tajam pada Tahun 2015 sebesar 22 kasus kematian ibu. Mengetahui faktor risiko medik dan non medik yang mempengaruhi kematian maternal. Desain Case Control Study, analisis bivariat chi square test, multivariat regresi logistik ganda. Analisis bivariat dengan nilai p value > 0,05 menunjukan variabel usia, paritas, jarak kehamilan dan komplikasi kehamilan tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kematian maternal. Sedangkan variabel pemeriksaan Antenatal Care memiliki hubungan terhadap kematian maternal di Kota Palu. Faktor risiko medik tidak berhubungan dengan kematian maternal dan non medik mempunyai hubungan terhadap kematian maternal di Kota Palu
