Abstract

Pendidikan gizi menjadi salah satu upaya preventif dalam mengatasi masalah gizi remaja di Indonesia. Namun, adanya pandemi COVID-19 menghambat proses pendidikan gizi pada remaja, mengingat adanya pembatasan kegiatan tatap muka, dan remaja melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah. Platform atau media digital berbasis online dapat menjadi media alternatif untuk membantu proses pendidikan gizi pada remaja selama masa pandemi berlangsung. Tujuan dari kajian pustaka ini adalah memberikan gambaran terkait pemanfaatan media digital sebagai media pendidikan gizi di masa pandemi COVID-19. Proses pencarian artikel ilmiah dilakukan melalui database Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital memiliki potensi yang besar sebagai media alternatif pendidikan gizi di masa pandemi COVID-19. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan tercapainya tujuan program-program gizi yang dilaksanakan, yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan, sikap, dan atau tindakan remaja terhadap gizi seimbang dan PHBS. Media digital yang banyak dimanfaatkan diantaranya Twitter, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom Cloud Meeting, Instagram dan Website, dengan media WhatsApp menjadi media digital yang paling banyak digunakan dalam proses pendidikan dan edukasi gizi pada remaja di masa pandemi COVID-19
