Analisis Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Pasien Dengan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Dasar Hambatan Mobilitas Fisik Post Sectio Caesarea
Abstract
Data persalinan dengan Sectio Caesarea di dunia menurut World Health Organization (WHO) sebesar 5 sampai 15 persen setiap 1000 kelahiran. Angka ibu melahirkan dengan tindakan SC menurut data RISKESDAS tahun 2013 sebesar 9,8%, urutan teratas DKI Jakarta sebesar 19,9% dan yang terbawah Sulawesi Tenggara 3,3%. Berdasarkan data dari RSUD Poso 2015-2016 jumlah ibu dengan SC adalah 451 kasus, dan pada tahun 2016-2017 jumlah yang dilakukan dengan SC adalah 505 kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan penerapan mobilisasi untuk mempercepat turunnya tinggi fundus uteri dengan melakukan Asuhan keperawatan Ny.N pada kasus post operasi SC Di Ruangan kebidanan RSUD Poso. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus pada Pasien Section Caesarea dengan tindakan asuhan keperawatan mobilisasi untuk mempercepat turunnya TFU. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien dapat melakukan penerapan tindakan mobilisasi dini secara bertahap dan terdapat penurunan TFU.
