The 72-hour period is a golden period that is very crucial in emergency response, related to the efficiency of saving victims after a banjir bandang disaster, related to an individual's ability to survive and energy reserves in the human body. Due to the large number of victims of the flash flood and the urgent need, yellow rice was given as a first 72 hours aid for the victims of the flash flood in Beka village, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi province. The distribution of yellow rice in packaged food preparations consists of yellow rice, tofu, tempeh, shredded fish, chicken and beef. Each pack weighs about 200gr with a calorie content of ±700 kcal. A total of 100 packs. Other assistance is in the form of 5 doses of mineral water, the number of beneficiaries is 100 people consisting of toddlers, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, the elderly and adults. The activity will be held on March 27, 2021, the day after the flash flood hit. Before distributing the yellow rice sample, it was reported to the officers at the Marawola Health Center Health Post, Sigi BPBD Command Post for inspection. The donors came from the academic community of Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu. The volunteer team consists of 9 lecturers, staff and students of the Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu. The aid was received by the banjir bandang survivors properly and on time.
ABSTRAK
Masa 72 jam adalah masa emas yang sangat krusial dalam tanggap darurat, terkait dengan efisiensi penyelamatan korban pasca bencana banjir bandang, terkait kemampuan bertahan seorang individu dan cadangan energi dalam tubuh manusia. Oleh karena jumlah korban banjir bandang yang cukup besar dan kebutuhan yang mendesak, maka diberikan makanan nasi kuning sebagai bantuan 72 Jam Pertama untuk korban banjir bandang desa Beka, Kabupaten Sigi Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Kegiatan Pembagian Nasi kuning dalam sediaan bungkusan makanan terdiri dari nasi kuning, tahu, tempe, ikan suwir, daging ayam dan daging sapi. Berat setiap bungkusnya sekitar 200gr dengan kandungan kalori ±700 kkal. Jumlah sebanyak 100 bungkus. Bantuan lainnya berupa Air mineral 5 dos, jumlah penerima manfaat 100 orang yang terdiri dari balita, ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, lansia dan orang dewasa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pada tanggal 27 Maret 2021 sehari setelah banjir bandang menerjang. Sebelum dibagikan sampel nasi kuning dilaporkan kepada petugas di Pos Kesehatan Puskesmas Marawola Pos Komando BPBD Sigi untuk diperiksa. Donatur berasal dari civitas akademika Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu. Tim relawan terdiri dari Dosen, Staf dan Mahasiswa Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu sebanyak 9 orang. Bantuan diterima oleh penyintas banjir bandang dengan baik dan tepat waktu.
