This community service activity aimed to enhance earthquake preparedness knowledge of students at the Maluku Ministry of Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes Kemenkes Maluku) through interprofessional training. The activity was conducted on August 3, 6, and 7, 2026, involving 50 second-year students from five study programs (Nutritionists, Health Analyst, Nursing, Environmental Health, and Midwifery) in Poltekkes Maluku. The activity stages included coordination and obtaining permits, development of modules and evaluation instruments, a pre-test, material delivery by the Maluku Province Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), the Maluku Province Search and Rescue (SAR) Agency, and the service team, as well as interprofessional group discussions, role allocation, a dress rehearsal, evacuation and disaster response simulations, simulation evaluation, and a post-test. Data were analyzed descriptively using minimum and maximum values, the mean, and the standard deviation. The results showed an increase in the mean knowledge score of 17.52 points. This indicates that training combining education, interprofessional discussion, and simulation can improve students' knowledge regarding disaster preparedness.
