Hyperglycemia is a condition that must be watched out for in diabetic patients because it can cause hyperglycemia severity. This community service aims to increase patients' knowledge of self-care and health protocols during the post-COVID-19 pandemic period. The purpose of this activity is to provide education by delivering materials and offering assistance with self-care and health protocols. Before providing the material, the patient's knowledge of self-care and health protocols will first be assessed. After providing material and mentoring, an evaluation was conducted to measure participants' knowledge again. The results show differences in the average, minimum, maximum, and mode values for self-care and health protocols. The value before education in order is an average of 67, a minimum of 50, a maximum of 94, and a mode of 72. The score after education has an average of 88, a minimum of 72, a maximum of 100, and a mode of 94. Education, through the provision of materials and mentoring, can increase patients' knowledge of DM. This requires attention from family and health workers, especially nurses, to help patients manage their illnesses.
