Hubungan Stress Dengan Hipertensi Pasca Gempa dan Tsunami di Lokasi Pengungsian Kelurahan Mamboro Kecamatan Palu Utara

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan stres dengan hipertensi pasca gempa dan tsunami di lokasi pengungsian Kelurahan Mamboro Kecamatan Palu Utara. Desain Penelitian cross-sectional dengan teknik sampel simple random sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Mamboro tanggal 02 September hingga 12 Oktober 2019. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 responden. Hasil penelitian ditemukan dari 39 responden maka diperoleh bahwa responden yang memiliki tingkat stres tinggi dan hipertensi sebanyak 17 responden, dan tingkat stres rendah dan tidak hipertensi 6 responden. hasil analisis chi square diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,043 (α > 0,05), sehingga secara statistik ada hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan stres dengan kejadian hipertensi pasca gempa dan tsunami di lokasih pengungsian Kelurahan Mamboro Kecamatan Palu Utara. Disarankan agar meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemandirian pencegahan hipertensi sedini mungkin. Temuan ini dapat disosialisasikan sebagai upaya manajemen stress untuk mencegah hipertensi sedini mungkin
