Pemberdayaan Kader Melalui Kartu Kuartet Dispareunia Menopause pada Wanita Premenopause

Peningkatan jumlah wanita memasuki usia menopause perlu diikuti kesiapan dalam menghadapi berbagai masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Dispareunia merupakan salah satu masalah yang dapat dialami wanita pada masa menopause dan berdampak terhadap fungsi seksual, kondisi psikologis, hubungan dengan pasangan, serta kualitas hidup. Pengkajian awal melalui wawancara terhadap lima wanita premenopause menunjukkan bahwa empat orang merasa khawatir, stres serta belum mengetahui tindakan yang harus dilakukan apabila mengalami dispareunia menopause. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang dispareunia menopause dan keterampilan kader dalam menggunakan media edukasi kartu kuartet dispareunia menopause. Metode pemberdayaan kader dilaksanakan pada Mei–Agustus 2026 di Kelurahan Cipamokolan, Kota Bandung, melibatkan 26 kader. Kegiatan diawali pretest, dilanjutkan edukasi menggunakan media Kartu Kuartet selama 45 menit sebanyak dua kali, diakhiri posttest. Hasil menunjukkan rerata skor pengetahuan kader meningkat dari 57,31 menjadi 78,54 atau meningkat sebesar 21,23 poin dan rerata skor keterampilan juga meningkat dari 49,42 menjadi 72,69, atau meningkat sebesar 23,27 poin. Beberapa kader menyatakan kesiapan untuk menggunakan kartu kuartet sebagai media bantu dalam memberikan edukasi. Pemberdayaan kader melalui kartu kuartet dispareunia menopause, rerata skor pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader meningkat setelah diberi edukasi. Kader direkomendasikan memanfaatkan media tersebut dalam kegiatan posyandu dan mendiseminasikannya kepada kader lain di wilayah kerja.
