Abstract

The results of the situation analysis about health problems in Krajan Village, found nutritional problems, namely cases of toddlers with nutritional problems as many as 36 cases. These nutritional problems include poor nutrition, malnutrition, over nutrition and stunting. Based on the results of the discussion of the Self Insight Survey (SMD) and the Village Community Deliberation (MMD), it is known that the root of the problem is the knowledge of parents about malnutrition which is the main factor in the high number of cases. toddler nutrition problems. Teenage marriages still occur in Krajan Village. To overcome these problems, this service activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge about premarital nutritional needs, as an effort to fulfill nutritional needs and prevent stunting in infants and toddlers. Activities are carried out using the game method followed by the delivery of material through ppt. The participants were 10 boys and 10 girls. The results of the activity evaluation showed an increase in knowledge of premarital nutrition after being given material with the game method. Boys have a higher increase in knowledge than girls. Premarital nutrition education needs to continue to be given to adolescents, both male and female, to prepare for nutritional fulfillment so that anemia does not occur in adolescent girls, and to prevent stunting.
